Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Planhaus Labs, Inc. (“Planhaus,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the Planhaus website and product at planhaus.vercel.app (the “Service”).

Information we collect

• Account and contact information you provide directly, such as your name and email address when you join the waitlist or contact support.
• Content you submit to the Service, such as floor plans, room photos, prompts, captions, and videos you choose to publish.
• Third-party platform data. When an administrator connects a social account (for example, TikTok) to Planhaus, we receive an access token and basic profile details for that account (such as the username, display name, and avatar) so we can publish content you create to that account on your instruction.
• Usage and device data collected automatically, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring URLs.

How we use information

• To operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To publish content to a connected third-party account when you or an authorized administrator asks us to.
• To respond to your requests and provide customer support.
• To monitor for security incidents, abuse, and violations of our terms.
• To comply with legal obligations.

TikTok integration

If you connect a TikTok account, Planhaus uses TikTok’s Login Kit and Content Posting API. We request only the permissions needed to display the connected account and to publish videos you create (user.info.basic and video.publish). We store the resulting access and refresh tokens so scheduled or repeated posting works without re-authorizing each time.

We do not use TikTok data for advertising or profiling, and we do not sell it. You can revoke Planhaus’s access at any time from the Planhaus admin (“Disconnect”) or from your TikTok account settings under Security & permissions → Apps and websites. Revoking access deletes the stored tokens. Your use of TikTok is also governed by TikTok’s own Privacy Policy.

How we share information

• Service providers that host infrastructure or provide tooling on our behalf, under contractual confidentiality obligations.
• Third-party platforms you connect, such as TikTok, when you direct us to publish content there.
• Legal and safety disclosures where required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Planhaus, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. Connected-account tokens are retained until you disconnect the account or the token expires.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing hello@planhaus.vercel.app. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection laws.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
